I Teach You Good Training Habits

Hi! I’m Brendan, a trainer and climbing coach in the Greater Boulder area. I work with a wide range of clients, from professional athletes to youth competitors, to doctors and nurses, to programmers and remote workers.

My ideal client is someone who knows their goal, is willing to work for it, but needs some help learning exactly what to do. No matter what shape you’re in right now, I will help you figure out how to improve. I’m a big believer in logical progression. Plan the work, then work the plan.

I believe strongly in teaching the concepts behind the exercises. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients over the years and the power of knowing “why” sustains all demographics through even the hardest training. My mission is to impart helpful tips or insights that will forever improve your lifetime in fitness. Let’s get better together!

Testimonials

Brendan has such a wealth of knowledge about the human body, he was able to make the perfect program for me to achieve my goals. He was there for me on the hard days when I needed motivation. He is more than a trainer. He is an amazing person who truly cared about my personal growth as much as my physical goals. In the end, I was able to reach up my flash grade and do things I never thought my body could ever do.

About Me

MY NAME IS Brendan

I started my fitness journey 13 years ago (‘07). I wanted to take charge of my life by taking ownership of my body. 3 years later, I started my career as a professional trainer. That same year, I tried climbing for the first time and have been obsessed ever since! It fills my need for physical challenge, problem solving, and community. I met my wife through climbing and have been passionately combining my mainstream strength & conditioning experience with my intimate knowledge of climbing.
